All orders placed between November 21st - January 2rd will be eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase and eligible for a return for store credit or exchange within 31 - 45 days of purchase. Final sale items are not eligible for return for refund or store credit or exchange.
FULL PRICE merchandise is only eligible for a full refund if a return is initiated via our Returns Portal within 30 days of order fulfillment. Returns initiated after 30 days will not be refunded and may qualify for exchange or store credit only.
FINAL SALE merchandise is not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Bask Suncare products are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
Leather product can be returned per our policy but will incur a 10% restocking fee. It is at the discretion of the company to deem leather product fit for return.
All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and placed back into original packaging with all original tags and labels attached. Please be aware it is at the discretion of the company to deem an item damaged.
Returns must be dropped off at UPS within 7 days from initiating return.
Merchandise must not be worn, washed or altered and must have all original tags attached.
Returns for refund and store credit will be subject to a $12 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
The return shipping fee will be waived on exchanges.
Route Package Protection is non-refundable on any orders returned
Outbound shipping fees on contiguous US orders from the original order are not refundable.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or store credit depending on order status at return initiation and may take up to 14 business days from return delivery to be issued.
Store credit is valid for five years from issue date.
DL1961 is NOT liable for lost, stolen or damaged items should the customer deselect Route shipping protection at checkout.

We only accept returns on items purchased directly from DL1961.com We do not accept items purchased from other retailers. Non-DL1961 items received at our warehouse will be discarded.
International + Non-Contiguous United States
All international returns are at the expense of the customer. Please be sure your package is insured, traceable and prepaid. International orders are unable to be exchanged at this time. Follow the step by step instructions here.
Place the item(s) you are returning and the packing slip in the shipping mailer. If available, please re-use original packaging. Ship package to the following address and retain your tracking number for reference:

International includes the U.S. territories of Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands.
Alaska and Hawaii are also included in the international return policy.
Any domestic returns received at our corporate office or warehouse that have NOT been processed via our Returns Portal will not be acknowledged or refunded. DL1961 reserves the right to deny any returns that do not comply with our returns policy.
