Kicking off paris fashion week in style

Svita Sobol , Paris-based entrepreneur and it-girl, teamed up with Sarah Ahmed , New York City-based founder and CEO of DL1961, to host a special soirée to celebrate the sustainable brand’s Spring 2024 collection launch, available exclusively in Paris at La Collection Particulière . Some of the most in-demand creatives & tastemakers in the fashion industry arrived at the city’s newest hotspot Sugaar to enjoy a dinner and one another's company. Notable attendees included Olivier Zahm, Olympia Greece, Barbara Sturm, Style Not Com, Alan Crocetti, and more. Following the lavish dinner, guests gathered downstairs at the Sugaar while DJ and supermodel Cate Underwood spun until early morning.

“It’s exciting to celebrate the merging of both the DL1961 and LCP communities as we expand our presence in Europe. Svita and I met in a very organic way and this launch is an extension of that friendship and determination to bring fresh perspectives, chic product and sustainability to the forefront of the fashion world,” says Ahmed.

DL1961 has launched their Spring 24 collection, exclusively available in Paris at La Collection Particulière , a fashion art platform, promoting young creative community and embracing fashion to define a new spirit.

“My original idea was to create a special fashion collection, to support young designers and emerging talent. By embracing fashion we define a new spirit, creating new ways for a positive future. Collaborating with like-minded people like Sarah was an absolute pleasure and I am very excited to introduce French clients to DL1961 ,” says Sobol.
